Panos Gkoumas

Panos believes that success comes from choosing the right people and staying calm when everyone else is feeling the pressure.

Before entering banking, Panos worked in international business development for an export company. The role taught him how to listen, adapt and communicate clearly with people from different backgrounds and circumstances.

He then spent seven years in banking, holding lending roles with Westpac and Commonwealth Bank. Having worked his way through the industry, he has developed a strong understanding of how banks assess applications and manage the lending process.

Today, he uses that experience to help clients understand their options, navigate the lending process and present their position as clearly and accurately as possible. He is known for his attention to detail, proactive communication and ability to explain finance in a clear and straightforward way, helping clients understand where things stand throughout the process.

He lives in Frankston South with his partner, Jessica, and enjoys spending weekends running in the Dandenong Ranges or sharing a glass of Chardonnay with family and friends on the Mornington Peninsula.
